Supporting individual leaders who want to improve their leadership. Typically starting with an assessment of your current situation involving 360s, performance reviews, personality tests and what you aim to achieve at work. We then work together in a structured way with what you want to improve, ranging from working more organized through clearer objective setting and time management to developing a more coaching leadership style and handling conflict.

Working with organizations to address specific challenges ranging from culture and leadership improvement, to improving number of women in senior positions, to taking on specific project-based interim roles. Projects typically start with a thorough understanding of the issue at hand, and often use interviews and questionnaires to support the analysis and recommendation. Focus is on creating simple and sustainable solutions with an empathetic, honest and structured style.

Our initial session sets out to understand your particular situation. We go through your organization's vision, strategy, goals and critical issues. We talk about you and what you want help with. Emphasis is on listening and pinpointing the critical issues that need addressing. A specific programme is then tailored for you to address your needs. Focus in our work is an empathetic, honest and direct communication, organization and structure, and creating simple and sustainable results.
I am the founder of MossBoss, where I work with leaders and companies who want to improve their leadership and organization.
I have over 20 years experience in senior positions in large and small organizations both working in the line managing large teams, as an external Consultant and as a Boardmember.
I have been Managing Director of Svennerstal & Partners, an entrepreneurial leadership development consulting firm in Stockholm, managed the talent development programme at Bain&Co in London and worked as People & Communications Lead in Group HR for a European large-scale transformation at the PE-owned multinational Securitas Direct. I have also been a management consultant in Strategy and Change Management at Cap Gemini and Mercer in London.
I hold a BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics, an MBA, a Diploma in Gestalt Psychotherapy and am a certified EMCC Executive Coach.
I have lived and worked in London, Stockholm, Geneva and Montreal and although I am Swedish, consider myself a truly international citizen.
I am passionate about growth and education and spent a sabbatical year working as an IB Economics teacher and IB programme organizer. I mentor many young students and am a Boardmember of the British International School of Stockholm.
